We endeavour to despatch your Valued ORDER within 2 or 3 days from receiving your order and payment. HOWEVER, please, allow for weekends, Bank holidays & Days when the business is not open. If your order is temporarily out of stock you will be notified immediately either by post, telephone or email. Your Credit or Debit Card is not charged till goods are ready for despatch unless a non stock item or special order is being made or ordered for you, then we would arrange payment terms with you at the time of placing the order.
All prices quoted in this Price List carry next to them a weight guide for the postage for each item. Postage must be included for your order to be despatched.

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR EXCHANGING GOODS AND REFUNDS

In order to exchange any item please enclose with the item to be exchanged the Postage & Packing Costs plus £1.50 restock charge, only acceptable in postage stamps or cash. With the item to be exchanged, your invoice number and requirements – your name and address. Example:- To exchange a coat P&P £1.70 plus £1.50 Re-stock charge = £3.20. Either stamps or cashed affixed to your note.
Credit, Debit Cards or Cheques cannot be accepted under the value of £5.00 If your exchange is over £5.00 then they are accepted. Cheques payable J Gullifer

In most circumstances you may return any product within 10 days for a refund or exchange without affecting your statutory rights. Queries regarding your order must be reported to us within 10 days of receiving your order. Orders returned after 10 days will receive a CREDIT NOTE subject to Re-stocking charges. POSTAGE IS NOT REFUNDABLE.
• £1.50 will be chargeable for Re-stocking (regardless of number of items)
• Included with the returned goods must be the relevant postage, the re-stock charge and any further monies due to us for a dearer product to ensure prompt re-delivery. This must be in the form of POSTAGE STAMPS OR CASH – NO CHEQUES PLEASE, DEBIT OR CREDIT CARDS UNDER THE VALUE OF £5.00. Over £5.00 cheque to J Gullifer or Card Details.
The following charges will apply for all refunds; REFUNDS are given up to 10 days from receipt of order.
• £1.50 Re-stocking fee for all refunds (regardless of number of items)
• Plus £1.30 for Credit, Debit Cards or Cheques
The above charges will be deducted from you Credit/Debit card or if original order paid by Cheque, then we will send a Cheque back minus the deductions. N.B – Postage for the original order is non refundable
*These charges are made by the bank, for handling Refunds on Credit/Debit cards and are beyond our control !
We strive to keep our prices as fair as possible, so keeping bank charges to a minimum is beneficial, therefore please do not send any Cheques for a payment under £5.00. In line with the Data Protection Act, all Credit/Debit details are deleted from the system after 10 days.
